We have a sponsor for our slow pitch softball team. The AV Internet Cafe. They must have never seen us play. We have lost our third straight game. This time the score was 13 to 7 (best that I remember). I had three at bats and two hits. I did pull a thigh muscle, just a bit. It is talking to me, but it does not seem that bad.
Before the game, I looked over on another field to see this guy that looked alot like Jim Avery. It was and Danny Rossmango too. They were playing in a church league for Central Christian Church, my old church. Danny is the one who mentioned climbing Mt. Whitney to me. He climbed on June 28th with folks from the FAA. And still wants to climb it again with me on Sept 20th. It was good to see these guys, I knew Danny played, but this was Jim’s first time with the team.
